The Chef

Watching the chef cook is a show, and savoring his dishes is like sitting in a theater seat, letting yourself be carried away by a concert of flavors, aromas, and colors. **Enzo Novara** is a young chef from **Trapani** who chose to return to his homeland after years of working in renowned restaurants in the capital. His cuisine is a perfect blend of **Trapani’s gastronomic tradition** and the authentic flavors of other Italian regions. His dishes comfort the soul and thrill the taste buds with innovative pairings.

The Hotel Trinacria restaurant is open from Palm Sunday until October, for hotel guests and passersby who wish to enjoy a dedicated menu featuring fresh products, combining traditional recipes with innovative offerings.
