The holiday homes are located in separate villas, with reserved parking. A real convenience for those who want to base in San Vito Lo Capo, but also wants to discover the extraordinary surrounding places!

Different types of apartments to meet the needs of families, couples and groups of friends.

To complete our offer there are so many services that combine the autonomy and comfort of holiday houses with all the facilities, this way you will be able to enjoy your holiday without worries.

THE APARTMENTS

Our holiday houses are two-room apartments + accessories, with comfortable outdoor spaces.

Each apartment has an independent entrance and airy, habitable and furnished verandas.
Access is in a large kitchen area – fully furnished living room with table, chairs and a sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer and oven. The storage closet is also a very useful ally during your stay.

Our apartments have two bedrooms:
– a double room furnished with bedside tables, wardrobe, desk and luggage stand;
– a smaller bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, equipped with a complete wall unit with shelves and cabinet.
Spacious bathrooms with a comfortable shower box.

*Water, light, gas, initial linen equipment (both bathroom and bed), air conditioned and parking lot are included in the price!

Frexible stays. In high season (from June to September) minimum 4 night. 

In low season we accept short stays (minimum 2 nights).

Deposit payable on arrival € 100,00 refundable at departure.

Balance of the rent one day before departure.

Linen change on request (on quotation).

Cot on request.

Small pets allowed.
